What is this Ribella?
Ribella is a specialised method for waist reduction and rib reshaping developed by Associate Professor Dr Hasan Ersöz, a breast surgery specialist, and patented in 2024. Its most significant difference is that it is performed without any incisions, stitches or scars. What is it for?
In some women, even if their body fat percentage is low, their waist may appear thick due to their rib structure. How are we progressing?
1. You are filling out the preliminary assessment form.
2. An online or face-to-face consultation is conducted. These consultations are only carried out:
• With KVKK approval,
• With a Remote Healthcare Service Authorisation Certificate,
• Through e-Nabız-compliant software approved by the Ministry of Health,
• Only on Dr Ersöz’s computer IP address using a secure infrastructure.

All online consultations are registered in the Ministry of Health system, and we are responsible for what we say.
3. Billing: After your online or face-to-face consultation, you will receive a quotation form for an isolated treatment package. If you prefer a partial or full package, the price difference will be calculated separately and communicated to you upon notification of your request after the quotation form.
4. 3D simulation and planning are demonstrated, and consent forms are completed.
5. The operation takes place (takes 45–60 minutes, a 2-night hospital stay is sufficient, and flights can be taken on the same day after discharge).
6. Discharge documents (English medical summary and fit-to-fly report) are prepared. Online or face-to-face check-ups are conducted at 2 and 6 months; flight and transfer support can be provided if necessary.
Package Options
Full Package: Surgery + hospital services + flight ticket + VIP transfer + 5-star hotel + patient carer + interpreting services.
Isolated Package: Covers only surgery and hospital services. Suitable for patients living in Izmir or those who wish to organise everything themselves.
For international patients, all packages also include ‘Travel and Treatment Assurance Insurance’. This special insurance covers not only situations directly related to your surgery, but also health and travel issues that may arise independently of your surgery. It protects you and your travel not only during treatment, but also afterwards. For patients residing in Turkey, legal procedures are already carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health, and supplementary insurance is only valid within the scope of international health tourism.
Partial Package: Only the additional services requested by the patient (e.g. only city transfers + hotel accommodation) are included.
How is the cost determined?
The fee may vary depending on the scope of the procedure, the number of ribs to be treated, the presence of rib flare, your body type, age, accompanying medical conditions, and expectations. Generally, Ribella is performed at one-third the price of similar procedures in Europe; this difference is not due to quality, but entirely to the Euro–TL exchange rate advantage.
